Coporate Social Responsibilities

What is Corporate Social Responsibility?
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) refers to the moral and ethical actions that companies take towards people, the environment and their stakeholders beyond financial performance and gains. Simply put, companies should not only focus on maximizing their profits, but should also be responsible for and be beneficial to their impact on people and the environment. This can include actions such as reducing their carbon footprint, promoting diversity and inclusion, supporting local communities and ensuring ethics in their operations and chain.
